Each of Transolutions WA's hosting plans carry a 28 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 28 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount exluding any setup fees.

Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons only:

The account order is cancelled prior to activation
The domain name was not available at the InterNIC when registering

Additional products such as data transfer overages, disk space, pop accounts, domain registration etc. are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be received in writing as as per the deadlines indicated: regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

Refund policy of Renewals 
Renewals of web hosting contracts will be refunded if Transolutions WA is notified within the first 7 days following the renewal date. No refunds will be granted for notifications received after this date. Notice for renewal will be sent 30 days in advance of such renewals to alert you of them. This is excluding the first renewal if you are paying monthly.

Domain Name Services
Our domain services are renewable on a minimum yearly basis and once a domain name is registered it is the property of our customer for the period of registration. For that reason domain name charges are non-refundable.
